As you know, I had a baby in August. Being a mom has been one of the hardest things ever, but also one of the best things as well!
I think that things are finally settling down enough for me to be able to start focusing on myself again, instead of putting all my energy and time into Ellie. I am going to try my best to start with logging into mfp everyday, and trying to log my food. I will be watching what I eat, but not focusing so much on numbers yet. I want to ease into this slowly, to try to be successful in balancing everything.
I am excited to start this journey again!
